| Bio: | In the beginning...no, too dramatic. I was born and raised in Rochester Hills, Michigan (suburb of Detroit), a somewhat dull and mundane town which taught me the value of having a rich fantasy life. Fell in love with an incredible woman whom I later married, had a beautiful daughter with and then divorced. I could fill in the painful details, but I'd really rather not. It was messy. Why? I had joined the Navy right out of High School. Served as an Electronics Technician for six years, four of that on the Aegis Cruiser USS Thomas S. Gates (CG-51) aka the 'Tommy Tugboat'. Met some good friends there and we still keep in touch even through the passing of years. I split my time between my daughter, my job as a Production Manager, practicing swordplay, designing crazy things, being a ritualist (lay-minister) for Gaia Community (a pagan-themed Unitarian Universalist congregation) and spending time with friends. No, I don't sleep much at the end of the day. I am a restless spirit and possess a very feline nature. I am a 'cat person' in almost every sense of the term, and use the Tiger as my icon. My love and affinity for all things wild and natural calls me into the woods at times for long walks, camping and hiking. For a hobby, I have taken up leathersmithing and make most of my own costume leathers for playing a number of characters at Renaissance Faires around the midwest. Thirtysomething now, I am still looking for the answers to questions about spirituality and existence that I have asked since I was a child. I have accepted a blend of notions on magic, faith, mysticism and the spirit that most people have a hard time tolerating, accepting or even being comfortable with. I do my best to use it to serve the greater good. For me, the meaning of life is happiness. What makes us happy is what we live for, and that is different for everyone.
